Before you make airline reservations, please be sure to double-check the date on which you may leave for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and following Convocation. You will find information on the intranet, under the Life at BJU tab. Please also make sure you communicate these dates to parents and others who may be making reservations for you.
Are you an out-of-state resident? We encourage you to participate in your city, county, state, national, and public-issue elections in November. Mr. Mark McKenney (Human Resources/Payroll on the ground floor of the Administration Building) is a notary public, and his services are free of charge for those voting an absentee ballot. If you need help acquiring an absentee ballot, please go to www.longdistancevoter.org. Those holding a SC driver’s license would typically vote in South Carolina elections.
If you need a convenient place to store your belongings, the lockers in the Alumni Building are for rent. If you would like to request a locker, please stop by the Academic Resource Center (located on the second floor of the Alumni Building) for assistance.
If you need a locker in the Gustafson Fine Arts Center, see Mrs. Dorothy Cone in Fine Arts 130. Mrs. Cone is available weekdays from 8 a.m. until noon.
