GREENVILLE, S.C. (January 27, 2016) — Joshua Strubel, a junior engineering major at Bob Jones University, has been selected as an intern for U.S. Senator Tim Scott’s office in Greenville.
Strubel, a resident of Mauldin, will serve during the spring semester. Interns are responsible for helping the senator’s staff with a number of tasks including researching issues, assisting the staff as they develop responses to phone and email inquiries from citizens across South Carolina and greeting visitors.
“I’m pleased to have Josh serve in our Greenville office,” said Senator Tim Scott. “I look forward to seeing him use the talents God has given him as we serve the people of the great state of South Carolina.”
In addition to interning for Senator Scott, Strubel is a member of the BJU delegation to the South Carolina Student Legislature (SCSL) and the BJU Bruins cross country team.
