Merchant of Venice this Thursday, Friday, and Saturday

Merchant of Venice is coming up this Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. All students may attend free of charge, and undergraduate day students taking six or more hours are expected to attend. If you have not done so already, you will need to secure tickets online at bju.edu/tickets.

Please note that students taking six or more credit hours are expected to attend all of the Concert, Opera & Drama Series programs. If you have regularly scheduled work or outreach ministry during every performance, you will need to submit an exemption request in order to be excused. Please submit your request right away so that there is time for it to be approved prior to the date of the program.

Altered Class Schedule on Friday

Friday is Team Spirit Day!  Classes will be held, but the schedule will be altered (40-minute classes and no society meetings) to accommodate both classes and the special activities planned for the day.

1st Hour Class – 10 to 10:40 a.m.
2nd Hour Class – 10:50 to 11:30 a.m.
3rd Hour Class – 11:40 a.m. to 12:20 p.m.
4th Hour Class – 12:30 to 1:10 p.m.
5th Hour Class – 1:20 to 2 p.m.
6th Hour Class – 2:10 to 2:50 p.m.
7th Hour Class – 3 to 3:40 p.m.
8th Hour Class – 3:50 to 4:30 p.m.

GA Fair Tomorrow

The Graduate Assistant Fair provides an opportunity for seniors and graduate students to explore graduate assistantship opportunities for the next academic year. The fair will be held Friday, March 3, from 11:45 a.m. – 2 p.m. in the lobby of Rodeheaver Auditorium.

Current GAs, as well as seniors and graduate students who may want to consider applying for a graduate assistantship, will also be able to meet with personnel from the Registrar’s Office, Financial Aid, Financial Services, Student Life and Human Resources to get answers to questions and assistance with applications.
